What happens to stories I don’t make this month?
They don’t roll over. Each new month starts fresh, and every story you’ve already made stays in your library.
Does reading a story again use one up?
Never. Rereading is free, as often as your child likes, in any of the three ways in. For a child learning to read, the same story again is the point.
Why is there a card check before the free story?
It’s how Bellemade checks that a grown-up is saying yes before any child’s photo or story. The small charge is refunded right away, and the free story itself is never charged.
What if I pause or cancel?
Your family keeps reading the whole library. You just can’t make new stories until you resume or join again. You pause, resume and cancel yourself, from your account.
Can I update my card?
Yes, from your account on the site. If a card is ever declined, we’ll email you so your stories don’t stop by surprise.
What if a story’s pages come out wrong?
Flag the story. A flagged story doesn’t count against your month.
