Grown-ups first.

Before a child’s photo is shared or a first story is made, we check it’s really you. It takes a minute, and you only do it once.

A grown-up gate stands in front of settings and payments, so a curious reader can’t wander in.

    The account belongs to you, not your child. You set things up, and you decide what’s shared.

    This is how we confirm a grown-up is giving consent. Nothing is bought, and your child’s first story is still free.

    2. It’s refunded right away.
    3. We email you to say it happened and why.

    Say yes to photos, if you’d like

    Photos are optional. Every character can be built by hand instead.

    Your voice, another night

    If you’d like stories read in your own voice, we ask for that consent separately when you record it. We never record your child’s voice.
